JULY 2015: NEW BOOK HIGHLIGHTS FULGET 2014


 
It just has been released the book "Spanish wines with exotic cuisines", written by José Iglesias, wine expert and author of many books about wines and gastronomy. He emphasizes the great pairings thats some Spanish wines, can make with subte and complex dishes from different Asian countries, or with some spicy Latin American delicacies.
 
 
 
He remarks the great experience of a very difficult pairing "Sweet and sour pork" with Fulget 2014, because "the freshness and structure, together with the aromatics of the wine, cleans your mouth, eliminating the sugars of the dish and filling the mouth of multiple perfumes, that invite to keep playing with the wine".
